“Trapiche Oak Cask is elaborated with grapes sourced from the foothills of the Andes Mountains, where the combination of altitude and generous sunshine produces concentrated, aromatic fruit.  Nine months in aok barrels add finesse, harmony and complexity. This Chardonnay shows pear apple and pineapple aromas, enhanced by the elegance of the oak.  A round wine, with good acidity and a lingering finish.  Enjoy with fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses.” ~ From the winemaker
