Winemaker’s notes: Nice focused blackberry, bramble, with dark chocolate and judicious toast coming in on the finish. Well built structure. Concentrated and firm tannins, give the wine a great personality.

Vinification: This fine wine is produced using grapes grown in our own state located in Las Barrancas, Maipu. This zone is considered one of the best wine-growing areas in Mendoza, well known for its climate & soil. The perfect combination to obtain an excellent wine. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48 hours. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days. The new wine, after malolactic fermentation, is matured for 10 to 14 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Part of this wine, 40% is matured in American oak barrels for twelve months in order to accomplish its structure.
Fining & Filtration: The wine was bottled with a soft filtration, looking for its maximum expression.
