Orleans Hill Cote Zero

Every time we taste this wine from the tank, we think of Pinot Noir, which is odd as there is none in the blend. Cote Zero is a composite of Grenache, Syrah, and a bit of Viogner to round out the Rhone backbone. The mellowest of the line, this should make for a great summer quaffing wine.

Like many Pinot Noirs, this wine can have the tendency to drop a light sediment. You can stand it upright for a day or two and decant, or just enjoy the hors d’oeuvres in every glass.
