This wine is a fresh and aromatic style, with the complexities of barrel matured fruit and the freshness of the aromatic varieties. The Verdelho showing the melon and stone fruit notes, the barrel fermented Chardonnay providing complexity and the aromatic varieties showing limes and lemons. A blend of Verdelho 55%, Chardonnay 29%, Riesling 9%, Semillon 7% from McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills.

Tasting Notes: The nose has white flowers, green melons, freshly mown hay, hints of lychee, citrus, limes and honey. The palate is fresh with crisp & gentle acidity and a soft, rich and round mineral structure.
