Grape-varieties : Viognier ( 100%, aromas of white fruits)
Vinification :
Cold Vatting. Skin maceration. Pressing. Racking. fermentation takes 10 to 15 days at low
temperatures (13°-14°C).
Tasting note : Eye : light yellow colour – Nose : white fruits. Mouth : freshness and liveliness.
Tasting suggestions : Best served at 8°-10°C. Ageing potential : Drink while young. 1 to 2 years.
Food pairing : Enjoyable as an aperitif, and goes well with shellfish and crustaceans seafood, grilled fish, and mixed salads.
